A bid package asks for a lot, and finding it all takes hours. We read it for you and tell you what you have, what you don't, and what to do about it.

Instead of reading every page yourself, you get a list after each AI draft of what that bid needs that you don't have yet, or that has expired: insurance, certifications, forms, licenses. Upload your documents once, not on every bid
Add your insurance certificate, licenses, W-9, certifications (MBE/WBE/SBE), reference letters and safety program on your private profile page. We reuse them on every bid, so you never re-upload the same certificates and the list already knows what you have and when it expires.

Questions, answered
How accurate are the listings?
Before a listing goes in your digest, we check its key details and deadline against the agency's own posting, and every listing links to the official source. Agencies can issue addenda or changes, so always confirm against the official solicitation before you bid.
Does Steady Bids submit bids for me?
No. We find and verify opportunities and can draft a starting-point response kit. You review, edit and submit every bid yourself, directly to the agency.
What happens to the documents I upload?
They go into private storage and are encrypted. You can reach them through your private profile link, and our own server reads them to pull out key facts such as coverage amounts, certification type and expiry dates. The AI never receives your files, only those facts, and we never copy a tax ID out of a W-9. You can delete a document any time: the file is removed right away and the facts read from it within a day. If you cancel, or your account is paused or closed, we delete your documents 30 days later. Is the fit estimate my chance of winning?
No. It's a 0 to 100 estimate of how well a bid matches your profile and documents (services, location, eligibility, readiness, size and timing). It says nothing about who else is bidding or who the agency will pick. Always read the bid documents before you decide.
How many AI drafts do I get?
Up to 10 a month. A bid you upload yourself through your profile page counts as one of them (files that turn out not to be a bid don't count), and you can send up to 3 uploaded bids a day. We delete uploaded bid files 90 days after the due date.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions renew monthly at $149/month plus applicable sales tax after any free pilot month unless you cancel. Cancel before the next billing date via the Stripe customer billing portal (we email a link on request, or find it in your receipt emails) or by emailing [email protected] with subject "cancel subscription". You can also unsubscribe from digests anytime using the link in each email.
Which areas do you cover?
Federal cleaning contracts nationwide: we watch SAM.gov for opportunities in all 50 states and DC. Deep local coverage (municipal, county, school district, state agency and transit bids) is in New Jersey and New York today. In New York that means New York City (City Record and PASSPort), New York State (Contract Reporter), Long Island and Westchester. NYC M/WBE-only bids go only to customers who list an M/WBE certification. Pennsylvania is coming next. Outside New Jersey and New York, your digest currently contains federal opportunities only.
What does the pilot cost?
Your first month in the pilot is free (promotional). After that, unless you cancel, your card on file is charged $149/month plus applicable sales tax (6.625% NJ sales tax for New Jersey customers) until you cancel. Checkout will restate price, renewal, and cancel method before you pay.
Are you affiliated with the government or SAM.gov?
No. Steady Bids is a private service. We are not affiliated with SAM.gov, GSA, or any government agency. Federal opportunity data is sourced from the official SAM.gov public API for your convenience; always confirm details on the agency's official posting.
